21. Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract Modification for Solar Energy Services with Cherry Street Energy, LLC in the Amount not to Exceed of $5,750,000. The Sustainability Department will use this agreement to fund the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of 1.26 MW of solar capacity across 14 City sites in support of the City’s 100% Savannah goals, while also producing an estimated $1,400,000 million in energy savings over the contract term. 22. Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract for Debris Monitoring and Oversight Services with Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) in an Amount Not to Exceed $400,000.
