Description The Savannah Economic and Development Authority (SEDA) in a joint effort with The Morgan Family, owners of Chatham County parcels #21046 01001 & #21045 01001, are dedicating a proposed Right-of-Way (ROW) to the City of Savannah to create a public road. The ROW will extend from Old River Road through the properties identified as parcels #21046 01001 & 21045 01001 for a distance of approximately 5,500 feet. It will terminate on the southern boundary line of Chatham County parcel #21045 01001, owned by the Morgan family. This termination point also lies on the northern boundary line of Chatham County Parcel #21047 02001, owned by SEDA.
