This is for the Ben Tucker's pit repair with Lynn Construction in the amount not to exceed $99,276.05. This project is to enclose the unutilized orchestra pit in the Ben Tucker Theater at the Cultural Arts Center.  The existing seating in the pit will be removed and structural lumber will be installed across the span of the pit.  The existing stage will then be extended over the pit to create a larger performance area.  This will allow the theater to accommodate larger and more diverse acts. 

The State of Georgia’s job order contract is to be used to perform this project to meet time constraints and City ordinance requirements. The State of Georgia’s job order contract is considered a convenience contract that is available for use by all State, City, and County public entities. The purpose of this contract is to provide multi-traded general construction services to accomplish small to medium sized projects for repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, renovation and minor new construction to infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The State of Georgia used a competitive bidding procedure to select contractors to perform these services for this project. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested. The vendor is:
