Description

The Petitioner is requesting to rezone 3202 Ogeechee Road from and I-L (Light Industrial) zoning district to a B-C (Community Business) zoning district, consistent with the adjacent use and current FLUM designation, for the use of child day care center.

According to available information, the subject property has been vacant since 1944 and was sold to the current owner in 2019.

 

Recommendation

On June 11, 2024, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request to rezone 3202 Ogeechee Road from I-L (Light Industrial) to B-C (Community Business).
