Description Petition of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, in conjunction with an annexation petition of Harold Yellin as agent for Brenda Sue Christian, Alice Keller and the A&B Hopeton Trust (Owners), requesting approval to zone approximately 504.8 acres (3001 Little Neck Road and 265 Pinckney Road) from Chatham County’s existing R-A (Residential-Agriculture) Zoning District to the same Zoning District, by adding the suffix “CO” (for County) to the Zoning District. If approved and with unanimous consent of Council, this item is also on First and Second Readings. | |
