| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute an annual contract with Complete Precast for ready mix concrete in the amount of $250,000, and Savannah River Utilities in the amount of $50,000. The ready mix concrete will be used by the Mobility Services Department to provide concrete for various projects within the City. These projects will include, but not limited to, utility cuts, sidewalks, curbing, and roadways. This project was not identified as an SBE project because the requirement of three certified SBEs could not be met at the time this bid was released. The contract term shall be from November 7, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
