| Description Recommend approval of a Final Project Closeout Amendment in the amount of $28,433.41 to Restocon Construction Company for additional work performed as part of the Spall Repairs at the Bryan St. Garage. The original contract for this project involved repairing water damage caused by leaks from the garage deck above, including substantial concrete spalling repair, barrier cables replacement and coating of top floor of garage. The amendment is required due to additional scope of services which included the repair of unforeseen spalling and replacement of additional barrier cables. The original contract was bid and approved by City Council on February 1, 2018 in the amount of $359,860. The total contract amount to date including this modification is $388,293.41. L.B.
