Description Petitioner David Stewart, with Caliber Investments, LLC is the owner of real property located at 1807 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. This property is improved with a historic house in need of significant renovation. The property does not currently have access to City water and sewer. Petitioner has requested an easement to extend water and sewer laterals to the house property. The proposed easement will cross a City park located at 512 Kline Street and be 10-feet wide and 55-feet long. Petitioner and City have negotiated a purchase price of $6,000 for the easement. The purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with the proposed real estate transaction. Any disturbed improvements will be restored to current condition after utility work is complete. Further request authorization for the City Manager to execute all associated closing documents. | |
