| Description The Chatham County/City of Savannah Land Bank Authority requests that the City of Savannah transfer a vacant lot located at 635 West 48th Street to the Land Bank Authority so it can facilitate the development of a new house for sale to a modest income homebuyer. CHSA Development, Inc. has requested that the Land Bank Authority seek to obtain the lot from the City and, if successful, has agreed to purchase the lot from the Land Bank Authority for fair market value and to develop and sell a new house to a modest income homebuyer. The Land Bank Authority will return 90% of the lot sale proceeds to the City of Savannah and retain 10% to help offset its operating expenses. | |
