| Description This proposal is for the subdivision of (1) one existing property, Parcel C-8. The subdivision of Parcel C-8 (PIN# 20006 05013) will create (10) ten individual parcels, lots 131-140, a private lane, and additional property to merge into the existing adjacent public rights-of-ways. The site is being developed in accordance with the Eastern Wharf Planned Unit Development previously approved in 2018 and amended in 2019. The (187) one hundred and eighty-seven total units will be a mix of townhome-style units and multi-family residential units.
