Description The subdivision of Parcel C-8 (PIN# 20006 05013) will create (10) ten individual parcels, lots 121-130, a private lane, public right-of-way for Chattooga Lane, and additional property to merge into the existing adjacent public rights-of-way. The site is being developed in accordance with the 'Eastern Wharf Planned Unit Development' previously approved in 2018 and amended in 2019. The one hundred and eighty-seven total units will be a mix of townhome-style units and multi-family residential units. | |
