Description The subdivision of Parcel C-1B (PIN# 2-0006-05-088) will create (10) ten individual parcels, Lots 141-150, Private Lane D, and additional property to merge into the existing adjacent public rights-of-ways. The subdivision of Parcel C-1C (PIN# 20006 05089) will create the public right of way for Pilot Street, the public right of way for Correy Street, and additional property to merge into the existing adjacent public right of way. The site is being developed in accordance with the Eastern Wharf Planned Unit Development previously approved in 2018 and amended in 2019. The one hundred and eighty-seven total units will be a mix of townhome-style units and multi-family residential units. | |
