Description The subject property is a newly created subdivision named Pearl Street Townhomes in Norwood Ward. This subdivision totals 0.317 acres and comprises nine (9) townhome lots. The nine lots have frontage on Pearl Street. The property is in Aldermanic District 5 and is zoned TC-1 (Traditional Commercial).
