Description The subject property is located within the Savannah Highlands Subdivision, a part of the Highlands Development in the North Godley PUD (Planned Unit Development). This proposed phase totals 4.482 acres and will consist of 34 single-family lots with varying lot sizes. Tract N, Phase 4, is located along the southern right-of-way line of Highlands Boulevard. The required infrastructure improvements to support this development phase included extending water and sewer mains, installing water and sewer services, installing a stormwater conveyance system, and extending an existing roadway.
According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel #13051C0017G, the subject property is in Zone X. The water and sewer service for this project area is provided and maintained by the City of Savannah.
