| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for Lawn and Leaf Bags to Paper Chemical Supply in the amount of $79,300.00. The lawn and leaf bags will be maintained in inventory at the Central Warehouse and will be utilized by various City departments to collect compostable leaf and yard waste as well as other trash and debris. The Central Warehouse distributes approximately 130,000 lawn and leaf bags to City departments annually. The DBE goal for this event was waived due to the absence of subcontracting opportunity. The contract term will be from November 20, 2018 through November 19, 2019. | |
