Description

This request is to execute a contract with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture (MPS) for development of a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. The Facilities Master Plan will include an in-depth examination of the City’s current real estate facilities and will establish a recommended long-term strategy.  This strategy will include projected timing, facility types, scope, size, and other requirements, as well as identifying the anticipated capital investments necessary to meet projected demand for staffed facilities over the next twenty years.

 

This request aligns with GPS Goal 6 (High Performing Government), Objective 3 by instituting a long-term intentional means of managing and investing in the City’s real estate assets. 

The Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) Event No. 11488 was publicly advertised, and two (2) proposals were received. Proposals were evaluated by a committee of City staff based on qualifications, experience, methodology, references, DBE participation, and fee. McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture (MPS) has demonstrated experience with projects of similar size and scope.
