Description

Recommend approval to award an annual contract for grounds maintenance for City owned FEMA lots to Garcia Services, LLC. (primary) and Complete Lawn Care (secondary) in the estimated amount of $137,016.00.  The contract will be used by the Greenscapes Division for maintaining 519 City-owned lots and properties.  The services will include: cutting, removing, and properly disposing of all vegetation and trash from vacant lots and properties. 

The contract term shall be from March 28, 2019 through December 31, 2019.

This event was assigned an 18% DBE goal.  The recommended proposer submitted DBE participation at the subcontractor level in the amount of 18% using Venson Lawn and Landscapes.
