| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for oils, lubricants and anti-freeze to Colonial Oil in the amount of $70,468.12 and to Barrett Oil Distributors in the amount of $37,007.53 for a total contract amount up to $107,475.65. The oils, lubricant, and anti-freeze will be used by the Fleet Services Department and other City departments to provide routine preventive maintenance for City vehicles and other equipment. Several items are maintained in inventory at the Central Warehouse; others are in maintained in inventory at the Fleet Services Department. This contract was originally approved by Council on June 22, 2017. This is the last of three renewal options available. Barrett Oil Distributors (Savannah, GA) (B) Colonial Fuel and Lubricant Services, Inc. (Chatham County, GA) (D) (B) indicates Local, non-DBE owned business and (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE owned business.
