This is for an annual contract for trenchless sewer & stormwater line rehabilitation with American Infrastructure Technologies (Primary) and Southeast Pipe Survey, Inc. (Secondary) in the amount of $7,600,000. The Public Works Department will utilize this contract for repairs to the sanitary sewer main, stormwater main, underground utility access, and other related structures. This rehabilitation restores the structural strength and extends the service function of sanitary and stormwater assets needed for customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Failure to rehabilitate these lines and structures will result in catastrophic failure of infrastructure and sewage backup.

The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on June 8, 2023. This contract also includes four available renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
