Description

Resolution authorizing the City Manager to transfer vacant lots located at 1836 Kollock Street (PIN 20067 05016) and 1838 Kollock Street (PIN 20067 05015) to the Chatham County / City of Savannah Land Bank Authority (LBA). The LBA will combine the two lots into one lot then market and sell the lot to a party who will construct new housing affordable to purchase or rent by low- and moderate-income households. Sale prices and rents for affordable dwellings shall not exceed those established for the DreamMaker Program or HUD Fair Market Rents, respectively.
