| Description Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to transfer a vacant lot located at 715 East 38th Street PIN 20063 19006 to the Chatham County / City of Savannah Land Bank Authority (LBA). The LBA will market and sell the lot to a party who will construct new housing affordable to purchase or rent by low- and moderate-income households. Sale prices and rents for affordable dwellings shall not exceed those established for the DreamMaker Program or HUD Fair Market Rents, respectively. | |
