| Description Recommend approval to procure a columbarium for Greenwich Cemetery from Eickhof Columbaria, Inc. in the amount of $63,030. The City Cemeteries Department will have the columbarium installed along the riverbank in Greenwich Cemetery, adjacent to the three existing columbarium. The Ely-96 columbarium will contain 96 companion niches that will be available for sale to the public. There is currently a limited inventory of niches. The columbarium will generate an estimated $235,000 in revenue. This is a sole source because of the specific style of niche (white marble with a concealed locking mechanism) and to maintain consistency throughout the cemetery with the three existing niches. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is: S.S. Eickhof Columbaria, Inc (Crookston, MN)(D) $63,030 A pre-bid conference was not conducted as this is a sole source procurement.
