Description Recommend approval to award a contract for Replacement Progressive Cavity Pumps to Southern Civil, LLC in an amount up to $285,176. This contract will be used to replace the progressive cavity pumps (sludge handling pups) currently in operation. The pumps are used to increase productivity in removing dewatered bio-solids. The pumps were installed as part of the dryer facility project. Bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. Bidders were: L.B. Southern Civil (Townsend, GA) (D) $285,176.00 (D) Indicates Non-local, Non-DBE owned business.
