| Description Georgia Power has requested an underground 20-foot-wide easement over City-owned property to service a new marquee sign for the Enmarket Arena. The easement gives Georgia Power access to construct, operate, maintain, repair, renew, and rebuild the electrical distribution lines serving this sign. This request has been reviewed and approved by the Real Estate Services Department and the Office of Capital Project Management. | |
