The City of Savannah desires to fund capital needs that provide direct benefit to its citizens through sound financial policies and procedures. Periodically, supplemental budget appropriations to governmental and/or proprietary funds are warranted. These supplemental appropriations will support Council authorizations and necessary transfers to fund various business and service needs. Recommended adjustments are identified in the attached documents.
