Description The City received an annexation petition for a single parcel with an aggregate of 13.3 acres located at 115 Bamboo Lane near Ogeechee Road. The land under petition is contiguous to existing City territory and, therefore, can be annexed by ordinance adopted by City Council. As required by State law, the County has been informed of receipt of this petition. The petitioner desires to connect to city provided utilities at inside city rates.
