Description

Recommend approval to award an annual maintenance agreement to MS Govern in the amount of $87,447.02. The agreement will be used by the Department of Information Technology to provide maintenance and support for the Govern Revenue applications for property taxes, central cashiering, business licenses, and utility billing. This is a sole source because MS Govern is the original developer of the software. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when it is necessary.

The maintenance agreement term will be from February 14, 2018 through February 13, 2019.
