Description Petitioner is seeking encroachments associated with the new construction of a seven-story 17,644-square-foot mixed-use building to be constructed at 215 W. Broughton Street. Requested encroachments include light wells, foundation supports, trench drains, canopies, a sculpture, balconies, and bollards. A complete description of these encroachments is provided as an attachment. The proposed new construction and encroachment request have been issued a Certificate of Appropriateness by the Metropolitan Planning Commission. The petition has been reviewed by Development Services, Public Works and Water Resources, Greenscapes, Savannah Police, Savannah Fire, Sanitation, and by Real Estate Services, and the following conditions are recommended if approved:
