Description

This is for an annual contract for City Wide Flooring (LOCAL) from Culver Rug Company in the amount not to exceed $133,125.00.

The City of Savannah Facilities Maintenance Department will utilize this contract for removal and installation of various types of flooring solutions, but not limited to carpet, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring. The contract will expire on January 8, 2026, and has four renewal options available. The bid was advertised, opened, reviewed, and went through the Savannah First initiative. One bid was responsive.
