This is for Contract Modification No.1 for City-Wide HVAC maintenance and repairs to Boaen Mechanical in the amount not to exceed $475,750. The Real Estate Services Department will use the contract to service and provide emergency repairs to all HVAC systems, chiller systems, ice machines, and commercial refrigerators in City facilities. This contract is also used for larger replacements that City staff cannot handle.  City staff does preventative maintenance on approximately 1,000 HVAC units and does minor repairs and replacements on City-owned HVAC units.  The increase is due to inflation of maintenance and repairs.

This contract term expires on July 13, 2025.  The original contract was originally approved on July 14, 2022, in the amount of 524,250 with three (2) annual renewal options remaining. The total amount of this annual contract including the modification is 1,000,000.
