Description This is for the approval of the reconstruction of eleven basketball courts with Court Makers, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $252,870. These outdoor courts are experiencing significant cracking, surface fading, and equipment deterioration, creating both aesthetic and safety concerns. Under this contract, all 11 courts will be cleaned, sealed, resurfaced, and all rims, backboards, and poles will be replaced to restore safe play conditions and extend the life of the amenity. The following sites are included: - District 1: Charlie “Sad” Bryan, Hudson Hill, Kennedy and Wells Parks - District 3: Sunset and Holly Heights Parks, Blackshear Complex (Main Court) - District 5: Hitch, Robbie Robinson, Summerside Parks - District 6: Crusader Park This project supports the Recreation Reimagined initiative, the City’s strategic effort to reinvest in high-quality recreation spaces and experiences that promote active lifestyles and community well-being. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. One proposal was received and deemed responsive. The proposer: L.B. Court Makers, Inc.
