Description This is for an annual maintenance agreement for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) with Layer 3 Communications, LLC (Local) in an amount not to exceed $126,291. The annual maintenance agreement will be utilized by the Water Supply and Treatment Department to provide software updates, technical support, and other repair services associated with SCADA network. SCADA is a system of software and hardware elements that maintains efficiency in the City's Water Supply and Treatment Department by controlling processes locally or at remote locations; monitoring, gathering, and processing real-time data; directly interacting with devices such as sensors, valves, pumps, and motors; recording events into a log file. This is a sole source because this is additional support and maintenance to be used for existing equipment that is available only from this supplier. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
