This is for the approval of the reconstruction of sixteen tennis courts at Bacon Park Tennis Complex, 6262 Skidaway Road in District 3 with Christaline LLC in an amount not to exceed $148,240. The 16-courts facility is one of the City's most actively used recreational assets, regularly serving residents, clubs, and school programs. The complex also generates approximately $150,000 annual revenue through court reservations, programming, and tournaments.

The courts are currently experiencing significant cracking and surface fading, creating both aesthetic and safety concerns. Under this contract, all 16 courts will be cleaned, sealed, resurfaced, and nets replaced to restore playability and extend the life of the facility.

This project is part of the Recreation Reimagined initiative, the City’s strategic effort to invest in high-quality recreation spaces and experiences that promote active lifestyles and community well-being.
