Description

Approval of Major Subdivision Aspire at New Hampstead Phase 2. This project includes the second phase of Aspire at New Hampstead.  One hundred thirty-four (134) single-family lots are to be permitted and developed.  The property is in Aldermanic District 5 at Regatta Lane and Kingswood Circle.

The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase are provided by the City of Savannah's water and sewer services. According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0104G and 13051C0105G, portions of this property lie within the 100-year floodplain as determined by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
