Description

Request approval of a major subdivision Beacon Point at New Hampstead Phase 1A.  The subject property is the first phase in a subdivision named Beacon Point at New Hampstead, located on Highgate Boulevard. This proposed phase totals 18.623 acres and will consist of 69 single-family lots of varying sizes. The entrance to this subdivision will be from Highgate Boulevard and Bayne Boulevard.

 

The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include City of Savannah water and sewer services. According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0105G, a portion of the subject property is located in Zone X and X Shaded, not special flood hazard areas as determined by FEMA.
