| Description The Georgia Ports Authority has agreed to donate to the City a 15-foot-wide utility easement for a sanitary sewer force main. The easement agreement and plat have been reviewed and approved by Water and Sewer Planning and Engineering, Real Estate Services, and the Office of the City Attorney. Additionally, request authorization for the City Manager to execute any associated closing documents. | |
