| Description This is for Contract Modification No. 1 for Well Maintenance with Woodrow Sapp Well Drilling Inc. in the amount of $150,000. The original contract was for well water maintenance of 45 wells to provide safe, potable water at pressures and flows that accommodate residential, commercial, and industrial needs and fire protection services.
