This procurement is for annual contracts for janitorial services from Jani-King of Savannah in the amount of $1,027,464. This contract will be used to provide janitorial services for 55 city-owned buildings approximating 680,000 SF. This contract has a 38% DBE goal. Janitorial services were released as eight separate Request for Proposal events, in which 8 different panels evaluated proposals from vendors. These events include the following:

JaniKing of Savannah is a Savannah First company and was the highest-rated proposer for all events. Therefore, in accordance with procurement laws and regulations, staff recommends awarding these events to JaniKing at a total proposal amount of $1,027,464. These annual contracts will expire on March 31, 2024, and have four (4) renewal options available. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed.
