Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute an annual contract with Imagann Cleaning Services, Inc. for janitorial services at the Crusader Community Center, Windsor Forest Community and Golden Age Center, Windsor Forest Gymnasium, Vehicle Maintenance, Park and Tree Administrative Offices, Housing Rehabilitation Building, and Development Services Building. Services will encompass approximately 49,540 square feet in the estimated amount of $110,031.  The City is currently using month-to-month agreements with several different janitorial contractors. A selection committee met and reviewed all proposals received and gave Imagann Cleaning Services the highest score among submitted proposals for this event.

The method used for this procurement was the request for proposals (RFP) which evaluates criteria in addition to cost. The criteria used for this RFP were qualifications and experience, methodology and project approach, references, LDBE participation, local vendor participation, and fees.  The Office of Business Opportunity assigned an open goal with a total of 5 points going to LDBE. The responses for participation were scored by the Office of Business Opportunity

The contract term shall be from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
