Motion to Rezone 144 Drayton Street from RIP-A to RIP-B (Petitioner Harold Yellin for 480 Mall Boulevard, LLC)
The Mayor and Aldermen approved this rezoning request following a zoning hearing at the October 26, 2017, City Council Meeting. The action being considered now is the approval of an ordinance to rezone 144 Drayton Street from RIP-A to RIP-B. The petitioner, Harold Yellin for 480 Mall Boulevard, LLC, stated at the zoning hearing that he agrees with the Planning Commission's alternative recommendation of RIP-B instead of the originally proposed BC-1 Zoning District (File No. 17-005220-ZA).
