The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval to renew a maintenance and service agreement for airport chillers with Johnson Controls, Inc., in the amount of $69,249.00.  This is a sole source agreement as Johnson Controls (previously York), is the original equipment manufacturer.

The original maintenance agreement with Johnson Controls, Inc. was executed in 2006 for maintenance of three chillers.  An amendment in 2009 changed the term to include annual renewals, provided the rate increases were approved in advance. Johnson Controls has proposed a 3% increase over last year's rates for 2018-2019.
