| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract to Garcia Services, LLC up to $136,500. This contract will provide bi-weekly ground maintenance services at Laurel Grove North Cemetery located at 802 West Anderson Street in District 1. The apparent low bidder, Venson Lawn & Landscapes, was not selected due to past performance issues. The contract term will expire on December 31, 2020. This contract will have four annual renewal options.
