| Description This annual contract is for city-wide HVAC maintenance and repairs with Boaen Mechanical not to exceed $524,250. The Real Estate Services Department will use the contract to service and provide emergency repairs to HVAC systems, chiller systems, ice machines, and commercial refrigerators in City facilities. This contract will also be used for larger replacements that City staff cannot handle.
The bid was advertised as Savannah First, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on July 13, 2023. This contract also includes three (3) annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
The bidders were: L.B. Boaen Mechanical (1223 Mills B Ln Blvd, Savannah, GA) (B) $524,250 A pre-proposal conference was not conducted. (B) indicates local, non-DBE-owned business.
