The Eastern Wharf project is a large mixed-use residential and commercial project located along the south bank of the Savannah River, the northern right-of-way of President Street, and the westerly right-of-way of the Bilbo Canal. The City has entered into a Development Agreement and subsequent Amendments with the developer of Eastern Wharf - SRL Land Venture, LLC and SRL Land Venture II, LLC. The attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provides a framework and understanding on conveyance of certain rights-of-way, streetscapes, infrastructure, and park sites to and from both parties to clean-up title issues and progress matters agreed upon in the development agreement.
