Each year, City Council adopts a Revenue Ordinance to authorize proposed fees as included in the City's annual budget.  The proposed Revenue Ordinance would raise revenue for the City of Savannah the same as was adopted, and amended, for 2018 with certain changes as presented in the 2019 Proposed Budget.  The 2019 Revenue Ordinance also includes general changes related to the 2018 reorganization, as well as language changes as outlined in the attached Revenue Ordinance Summary Memo.
