During the fiscal year, supplemental budget transfers and adjustments are necessary to maintain the adopted legal level of control set forth across governmental and proprietary funds. These supplemental appropriations may modify expenditures and revenues that are necessary to account for varying costs realized and/or anticipated.  The adjustments included herein are the result of transfers required within the City's General and Capital Improvement Funds. 

Approval of these supplemental transfers will allow for necessary accounts to be established in order to support risk management services, address deferred maintenance and necessary facility improvements, as well as to prepare completed projects for closure.

This is the fourth budget amendment proposed during Fiscal Year 2021.
