This contract is for professional services for the City of Savannah Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System replacement project with InfoTech Research Group in the amount of $198,000. The current technology infrastructure for the City of Savannah’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is aging, limiting the ability to modernize daily operations and business processes. This purchase will provide professional services from InfoTech to complete the requirements gathering phase of the ERP Replacement Project. This will enable the City to follow a proven methodology as well as provide staff augmentation to complete this critical step. This purchase includes two onsite visits with critical City stakeholders, ERP Strategy workshops, a defined mission statement to drive the project, and a completed RFP.

Per section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is a GSA contract # GS-35F-298GA. It was competitively bid by GSA and it expires on March 16, 2027. Delivery: As Requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
