| Description This is for contract modification no. 1 for Cityworks online software services with Azteca Systems, LLC (Sandy, UT) in an amount not to exceed $24,375. This modification will expand the City’s current Cityworks software services to the hosted subscription service known as Cityworks Online. Cityworks Online will provide a modernized software platform with mobile access and current integrations. The hosted services provide access to the latest system updates and features.
This is a modification to our current Cityworks 2022 contract, which was approved on May 6, 2022, for $100,000 (with the Airport reimbursing the City $50,000). It was originally approved by Council on September 28, 2017, for $63,990.
