Description

This is for an annual contract for generator maintenance with W. W. Williams Company, LLC in an amount not to exceed $247,770. This contract will be used by Lift Station Maintenance, Fire, Police and other departments within the City of Savannah.  W.W. Williams, LLC will perform preventive maintenance checks and generator repairs to assure the operational readiness of the City of Savannah generators. This contract will be used to provide repair services for standby auxiliary power equipment, emergency standby power systems, and other related equipment. These services will also be used for any necessary maintenance or repair following natural disasters. Having the contract in place will ensure that the City is not negatively impacted by power outages.  

This proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. This contract term expires on September 25, 2025, and also includes four (4) renewal options.
