Description

This contract is for the replacement of the wood deck in the right-field seating area of Grayson Stadium from Dant Clayton Corporation in the amount of $631,600. This contract includes all labor and materials to install three tiers of aluminum deck to replace the existing wood deck. The current deck and railing are constructed of treated lumber and have exceeded their useful life. The replacement deck shall consist of powder-coated aluminum decking, railing, and stairs. The first tier of the deck will contain eighty-seven stadium seats and a drink rail. 

 

Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is a cooperative contract #081523-DCT for labor and materials. It was competitively bid by Sourcewell, and expires on October 6, 2027.
